Release coating for injection molding
This is a novel coating technology with the layer thickness less than 1 µm, which enables easy release of injection molded parts. It is designed for versatile application. It effectively smooths out low surface roughness, ensuring a refined and consistent finish across different surfaces.
Two-layer Coating
Layer A: Surface hardening with 1 µm thickness and polishing effect
Layer B: Superior anti-stick with a thickness of less than 1 nm, highly durable
